These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Kakiso and the services we provide. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. ReSellers

ReSellers may set their own margin on catalogue products. You are responsible for the prices you present to your customers, your communications with them, and compliance with applicable law.

3. Suppliers

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, lawful sourcing, timely dispatch, and compliance with applicable regulations, including tax and labelling requirements.

4. Orders & payments

Prices and charges are shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received. ReSellers set their own selling price and collect payment directly from their customers — the margin stays entirely with them.

5. Shipping & returns

Fulfilment, delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

7. Intellectual property

The Kakiso name, brand and platform are our property. Product content remains the responsibility of the supplier who lists it.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction.
